Day of Coordination ~ the Essentials
Our Day of Coordination package is the perfect for the couple who just wants someone experienced to take over and make sure everything goes smoothly on their wedding day. Our services begin a month prior to your event date. After leading an extensive walk-through we follow-up with contacting each of your vendors to communicate your wishes and confirm their services. We create your detailed Day of Wedding Itinerary that once approved by you is emailed directly to each of your vendors. Our services also include the coordination of your ceremony rehearsal. We manage and oversee every detail of your event to ensure that you get to spend quality time with your friends and family.
Includes:
* E-mail correspondence 30 days prior to your event
* A thorough site walk-through
* Vendor recommendations and access to our preferred vendor list
* A detailed day of wedding itinerary with timeline
* Phone and e-mail confirmation with all vendors the month prior to your event
* Coordination of your ceremony rehearsal the day prior to your wedding
* Decor and prop set up the day of (depending on décor, additional staffing may be required)
* Direction of the bridal party throughout the wedding day
* Onsite management and coordination of all wedding vendors
* Emergency Kit
* Final Payment and tip distribution to all vendors
* Breakdown of decor and gifts (depending on décor, additional staffing may be required)
Month of Planning +
Our Month of Planning package is the perfect fit for the couple has done most of their planning but wants a seasoned professionals advice and assistance pulling it all together and also wants someone experienced to take over and make sure everything goes smoothly on their wedding day. Our services begin up to 2 months prior to your event date which gives up amble time to assist you tie up any last minute details. We will offer you advice during this last phase of the planning process. After leading an extensive walk-through we follow-up with contacting each of your vendors to communicate your wishes and confirm their services. We create your detailed Day of Wedding Itinerary that once approved by you is emailed directly to each of your vendors. Our services also include the creation of your wedding processional and coordination of your ceremony rehearsal. We manage and oversee every detail, direct all events, and complete set up and breakdown of your personal items to ensure that you get to spend quality time with your friends and family.

* Unlimited phone or e-mail correspondence 60 days prior to your event
* Two planning sessions including a thorough site walk-through
* Vendor recommendations and access to our preferred vendor list
* A detailed day of wedding itinerary with timeline and event production schedule

Planning + Creative Direction
Our Planning + Creative Direction package offers design and styling services for couples who are planning their own wedding, but who are looking for an expert to collaborate with to make sure their wedding represents their aesthetic as well as being confident that all of their logistics are under control. This service is for the client that has their venue selected, knows their budget, and has a vision of what they want their wedding day to look like, but needs assistance with a seasoned wedding planner to bounce ideas off of, help pull the rest of the details together and be their voice on the day-of the wedding. Partial Planning includes all of the logistical help of the “Month-of +” package, plus a series of meetings or phone consultations to assist you in the creative direction of your event. Use your meetings to address any planning or design details you need assistance with.

* Unlimited phone and e-mail correspondence 60 days prior to your event
* Scheduled monthly or weekly phone and email communication up to month prior
* Up to 5 planning sessions with design related vendors including two walk-throughs
* Vendor recommendations and access to our preferred vendor list
* Scheduling of vendor consultations and follow-up communication with vendors
* Coordination of all design-related vendors (rentals, florist, linen company, lighting, etc. )
* Management of all rentals
* A detailed day of wedding itinerary with timeline and event production schedule
* Phone and e-mail confirmation with all vendors the month prior to your event
* Reception layouts created alongside your rental team where available
* Coordination of your ceremony rehearsal the day prior to your wedding

Our Exclusive Full Service package is for the couple who want expert advice and direction in planning & designing their wedding or event every step of the way. Our services begin with a location scouting trip or venue walk-through. We schedule and accompany you on all vendor meetings. We offer our professional insight along the way to insure you obtain the highest quality services and products. We assist you with your creative vision & design and collaborate with all your vendors to insure your wedding is cohesive and represents your aesthetic. Additional services included in Our Exclusive Full Service package are logistics & layouts for all events, hiring & management of all wedding vendors, negotiation of contracts and detailed budget management. Plus all items included in the “Month-of + Design”package. Our Exclusive Package is perfect for the busy couple who needs someone to handle all the details. Whether you’re planning a year or more out or need an extraordinary event planned in a matter of weeks…this package is for you!
Includes:
* Unlimited phone and email communication 90 days prior to the event
* Scheduled monthly or weekly phone and email communication
* Up to 8 planning sessions including two walk-throughs
* Management of budget including vendor payments reminders
* Assistance finding and contracting your venue including a venue scouting trip
* Scheduling of all vendor consultations and follow-up communication with vendors
* Hiring and management of all weddings vendors
* Assistance and attendance @ Menu selection and details meeting with catering contract
* Management of all rentals
* Contract reviews and assistance with contract negotiations where needed
* Complete wedding design and direction of all design vendors
* A detailed day of wedding itinerary with timeline and event production schedule
* Reception layouts created alongside your rental team
* Vendor confirmation the month prior to your event
* Contact All guests who have not responded by RSVP Deadline

All meetings in each package are calculated at 2 hours. Should a single meeting exceed 3.25 hours it will be calculated as two meetings.

For those of you who want to review your planning progress in detail! We sit down and go over every detail that’s causing you to worry. JOY meetings are two hours of consulting. Schedule a call or meeting and I promise to put the Joy back into your planning!

Service Personal
Most weddings will require additional personal. Once a wedding has been designed, vendors have been hired and the guest count is set we can determine the number of hours required for additional service personal.
Additional Services
Make the most of your weekend and extend the celebration. We can suggest a variety of experiences for you and your guests that will provide the perfect finishing touches to a spectacular event. We can assist in scheduling & planning these extended events for you. Pricing is in addition to your selected package and is based on additional services requested.

Transportation & Shuttle Service
Transportation arrangements including research, cost comparison and “day of itinerary” services are available. Fees are determined by types of vehicles requested, guest count and transportation needs.
Rentals
Through the years I have purchased smaller specialty items that are not available through traditional rental companies. These items include; Chandeliers, Water & Drink Dispensers, Cake Stands, Votive Holders, Vases & Baskets, Easels, Light strands and Various Decorations. A rental price list is available upon request.
Additional Information
Wedding bar shopping list, Tipping charts and Hair and Make-up referrals are available upon request for clients of “Joy of Life Events”.
