Donna Hoekstra, is a Certified Professional Wedding and Event Planner with over 20 years of education and experience in the Hospitality Industry. As owner and designer for Joy of Life Events, Banquet Coordinator for Private Country Clubs and as a Catering Sales Manager she has planned and implemented hundreds of events from Weddings to
Fund raisers.
Donna is the co-founder of NCWEDS, Nevada County Wedding and Event Destination Specialists.
Donna's passion is
